Transitioning to a Professional Coaching Career
Lifeforming Leadership Coaching offers a transition course to trainees who have completed the ACT Program and want to continue in their coach training. This five-week Tele-class will allow you to earn professional training credit for completing the ACT Program Phase I and II, and qualifying to continue into our Professional Coach Training Program.

Upon completion of the ACT Phase II Supervised Coaching Track, trainees will receive a Lifeforming Growth Coach Certificate. And, you can bypass Formation (the first of three tracks required for a Leadership Coach Certificate) and enter at Life Focus, the second of three tracks. This will maximize your investment in the ACT Program Phase I.

Completing the ACT Supervised Coaching Program
To qualify for entry into the Phase II Supervised Coaching Program, the trainee must be enrolled in or have completed the ACT Program Phase I, as written. Upon completion of this track trainees must complete an Outcomes oral exam and be in good standing in order to received designation as a Lifeforming Growth Coach.

Professional Leadership Coach Qualification
Completion of three core training tracks through Lifeforming Leadership Coach Training results in a professional qualification.

If you plan to move from the ACT Program Phase I, to the ACT Phase II Supervised Coaching Program, to the Professional Program without skipping semesters, please make sure to register for the ACT Supervised Coaching Program and Life Focus Track at the same time.
