There are four (4) affiliate licenses. Read their descriptions below:

Leadership Coach License

Qualifications

  1. Experiences the 7m and 4D programs for themselves so they have their own story
  2. Product License for $2,500. Waived in light of their investment to become a Leadership Coach

Role Description

  1. Introduces 7m, 4D, and other coaching programs
  2. Introduces us through their networks
  3. Instructs all purchasers to register on-line through their License number
  4. Opportunity to coach for income anyone they recruit into any of the training

Financials

  1. 15% commission on all 7m and 4d sales
  2. 5% return for anyone who comes into our ACT or Professional program directly from their referral or sequentially from their initial referral from the 7M or 4D

Additional Income Source

  • 20% on sales of Organizational License ($300 × 20% = $60)

Marketing License

Profile

The Marketing License holder is a uniquely positioned person who has access to key leaders who grasp the value of selling coach training by purchasing a Organizational or a Product License. This person has a vision for a coaching movement that can be fueled by affordable training that is both transformational and accessible throughout various countries and cultures.

The person who qualifies for this role is considered an extension of Transformational Leadership Coaching International and is given the geographically unlimited opportunity of selling Organizational and Product licenses that will produce a strong initial and ongoing income stream, while igniting transformational change through the proven coaching materials and process.

Qualifications

  1. You do not have to be a Professional Leadership Coach but you must embrace the coaching values.
  2. Access to networks, key gatekeepers of organizations, or 7M influence
  3. Orientation training on product and procedures
  4. Experiences the 7m and 4D for themselves so they have their own story (Training included with the purchase of the license.)
  5. Purchase License for $2,500. (or financed at $250/ month for 12 months)

Role Description

  1. Introduces & markets 7m, 4D, EFC, and other online coaching programs
  2. Sells Organizational License to organizations and individuals
  3. Sells Product License to strategic leaders and influencers

Financials

  • 50% on sales of Product License @$2,500 = $1,000
  • 10% on all sales under Product License number = $30 per person (average)
  • 20% on all sales of Organizational License @$300 = $60

Organizational License

Purpose

Organizations desiring to create a coaching culture will need a critical mass of leaders to have a common experience, with a common language, that results in an uncommon advantage.  The 7M and 4D training ignites transformational change that will be sustainable and duplicatable in the lives that are touched by these men and women.

The purchase of this license provides an organization the ability to scholarship individuals.  Organizations can purchase a renewable site license that is of high value and affordable to serve their constituency.

Qualifications

  1. You do not have to be a Professional Leadership Coach but you must embrace the coaching values.
  2. Plan to utilize coach training on a regular basis
  3. Orientation training on product and procedures

Role Description

  • Introduces 7m, 4D, and other coaching programs
  • Purchase a renewable Oranizational License for $300
  • Instructs all purchasers to register on-line through their License number
  • 10 or more you receive a 15% discount, 25 or more you receive a 20% discount
  • If you renew your license yearly, it locks you in at the original purchase price

Product License

Qualifications

  1. No Coach Training needed but embraces the coaching values
  2. Access to networks or key gatekeepers of organizations or 7M influence
  3. Orientation training on product and procedures
  4. Experiences the 7m and 4D for themselves so they have their own story. (Training is included with the purchase of the license.)
  5. Purchase Product License for $1500 one time fee or financed at $150 per month for 12 months

Role Description

  1. Introduces 7m, 4D, and other coaching programs
  2. Introduces us through their networks
  3. Instructs all purchasers to register on-line through their License number

Financials

  1. 15% commission on all 7M & 4D sales.
  2. Administration and sales tracking facilitated by home office.
