What are you responsible for at Lifeforming Leadership Coaching?
I am responsible to introduce Lifeforming Leadership Coaching to new countries, international organizations-for profit and non profit.
What is your professional background?
Have served as a minister for 27 years which included such roles as church planter, missionary, director of missions and adjunct professor; Masters in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.

Family, Ministry & Business Mountains - because most everyone in the world intersects there!
How has our coaching program impacted you personally?
Lifeforming has been a transformational to help me discover my personal path of convergence (where everything in my life connects & makes sense)!
What hobbies do you enjoy?
Dates with my wife, personal time with my children and two grandsons, photography, fishing & traveling

Provide administrative oversight to all training and curriculum, both nationally and internationally, train our trainers and ensure our training programs comply with Lifeforming values, skill competency and ICF standards.

How has our coaching program impacted you personally?
I have been transformed at a heart level in how I see and believe in each person I encounter. I can say that all my relationships have been positively affected.
What hobbies do you enjoy?
I love the outdoors, and water only makes it better. I enjoy sailing, hiking, camping, road trips with my family and international travel.
Rebekah Fulford, Programs Coordinator
What are you responsible for at Lifeforming Leadership Coaching?
My responsibility as the Programs Coordinator is to assist our other team members with covering the administrative details of our Training Programs both domestically and internationally. I am responsible for student enrollment, workshops and general office administration.
What is your professional background?
Prior to working with Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, I studied at Old Dominion University and graduated from their Paralegal Program and worked as the Executive Assistant to a successful attorney in of the largest law firms in Suffolk, Virginia where I currently reside.
Which of the Seven Mountains are you most passionate about?
I am most passionate about the family mountain.
How has our coaching program impacted you personally?
Since going through the Professional Program, I am thoroughly amazed at the new outlook I am taking on. Already I am beginning to communicate with my husband and sons in such a different and positive way!
What hobbies do you enjoy?
I enjoy spending time with my family and I am having so much fun watching my two sons grow. I also enjoy cooking.
