Certificates and Crediting Options Offered, with specifics as follows. OpportunitiesWORKSHOP ONE: Coaching in the Urban Youth World / Group Leader Certification (8 hours)Developing a 6-9 session program, this training provides to engage, address, and detour:
Level 1
GROUP LEADER Curriculum Certification would be given to those who attend classes for the Group Leader Edition of the initial student curriculum. These group leader graduates will become group leaders and will be equipped with the basics to train youth using the student curriculum, in one location, at a predetermined site. Certificate program for graduating group leaders is $1,800 and will include a Group Leader curriculum and 8 student manuals. The certificate issued from this certification is one year renewable, with a short C.E. training through the Lifeforming Unique Urban Youth Life Coaching Certification Process. The C.E. training will not be cost prohibitive. WORKSHOP TWO: Teacher / Trainer of Group Leaders (8 hours)Train the trainers by unpacking and using the extended teacher materials and the tool box. We will role play with specifics that provide problem solving demonstratives. Teachers will have capacity building in a variety of front line skill sets that will help them teach streetology 101. Teaching Group Leaders is a follow-up for those who have taken Workshop One.
TEACHER/TRAINER Curriculum Certification (best value) would be given to those pre-qualified candidates (those with associates degrees) who graduate with an excellent evaluation and measure of retention of the material in the Expanded Teacher/Trainer Edition. these certified teacher/trainers will be equipped to teach Group Leaders with the Group Leader Manual, in a small city or designated region of a large city, in one specific agency. these teacher/trainers who train group leaders will be able to oversee their Group Leader and provide the graduating students' evaluations to the Regional Core Team (RCT).The RCT must be a part of our extended team of affiliated training sites. Teacher/Trainer's certification is $18,000 and will include curriculum and a reduced rate for purchasing materials and certifications to administer to their group leaders. Teacher/Trainers can quickly make their training costs back training group leaders in their predetermined geographical area, in addition to providing direct services to youth. Group leaders in the area will purchase materials through their teacher/trainer and remain linked under their teacher/trainer, as per our contractual agreement. The certificate issued from this accreditation is one year renewable, with a short C.E. training through the Lifeforming Unique Urban Youth Life Coaching Certification Process. The C.E. training will not be cost prohibitive. WORKSHOP THREE: Region Team 9-Month Manual for Installing and Managing a SiteThese regional teams will have the means to host trainings, oversee/manage their teachers and install and manage a State Regional site. The extended manual provides in depth training for all the various programs various expandable portions. Each training center, would be linked in cooperation with a local college for evaluation purposes as part of our extended team of committed, contracted training sites. Dream Releasing

REGIONAL CORE TEAMS Curriculum Certificate of Graduation with the One Year Extended Program Manual. Holistic program outlay, with all of our Urban programs tools. Specific means to install and support completed program with easy to use, specific skill sets that culminates in the mentee, being a realistic candidate to become a mentor. Certification will be provided to those pre-qualified candidates who have a clear history of managing a team of teacher/trainers and who graduates with an excellent evaluation and measure of retention of the one-year extended curriculum. These regional teams will be able to host trainings, oversee/manage their teachers and evaluate the outcomes. They would be linked in cooperation with a local college for evaluation purposes as part of our extended team of committed, bonded and contracted training sites. Certification would be an Exclusive Certification for a designated geographical area within a state. Certificate for a Regional Core Team Center is $38,000 and will include a One Year Extended Program Manual and a reduced rate for purchasing materials and certifications they administer to their teacher/trainers. Teacher/trainers will purchase materials and certifications through the Regional Core Team Center and remain linked under the Center per contractual agreement. The certificate is one year renewable, with an annual evaluation and C.E. training administer by through the Lifeforming Unique Youth Life Coaching Certification Process. This is to ensure quality control and assessing the outcomes of programs in your region. Urban Youth Coaching Program will provide the means to refocus youth past their flawed lives and obtain a sustained change. The key goal of this program is many of these youth may be recruited as peer mentors in assisting the group leaders to reconcile more changed youth. Introduction to Level 1
