Dr. Joseph Umidi is Founder and President of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, Inc., a worldwide Coach Training ministry in 29 countries and 14 languages. He is a PCC credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation. He has served as a professor at Regent University for over 30 years. Dr. Umidi also served as Interim Dean of the School of Divinity. He is an Executive Vice President of Regent University. His professional background also includes author, consultant, non-profit organizational leader and entrepreneur. Dr. Umidi loves to ignite personal, community and organizational transformation globally as he forwards a coaching movement in the 7 Mountains (spheres of cultural influence) by visioning, relational marketing and selecting key leaders to help steward the values and methods of coaching where they live and work.

Lyn Eichmann is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and serves as Partner and Director of Training with Lifeforming Leadership Coaching since 2007. A Leadership Coach since 2002, Lyn is a Master Coach Trainer and develops curriculum, serves as a Mentor coach, workshop presenter and speaker. She provides support and administrative oversight to licensed partners, all training, both nationally and internationally. She contributed to a book on distilling core personal values and retreat material for personal growth and change. Having been in business and non-profit ministry for 30 years, Lyn is dedicated to helping others realize their full potential in the home, workplace and ministry through coaching, training and consulting.
